We stayed in Loch Ness Cottage for 5 nights from 29th September for a family holiday combined with me running Yhe Loch Ness Marathon. The cottage was clean & warm & had everything we needed. The view is absolutely breathtaking beyond words - literally right on the edge of the Loch so I don’t think you could ever hope to better the view from the hot tub!!! We loved the Highland cattle & calves just outside too.The cottage felt very private too even though you are in in sight of the owners house & other lodges that didn’t matter in the slightest! The owners were very responsive to any messages I sent but not in the least intrusive. We ve absolutely loved our time here & I d highly recommend Shoreland Lodges to anyone!

The location of the lodges is stunning and the lodge itself was spotless and very modern.  I wasn't expecting the little things like toilet roll, dish towels or washing liquid but they were all there.  We really couldn't fault the lodge at all. The owners were lovely, taking my daughter and her friend down to see the 2 new calfs and spending time chatting to them. They were over the moon to know the names of the highland cows and calf.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We’ve stayed at a few lodges before but Holly Lodge was phenomenal! The view was stunning and took my breath away all weekend. The lodge was clean, very modern and had all the amenities so you could choose to stay in and take in the view. The hot tub with the cover above was the perfect addition to relax in. It was great to see the wildlife and highland cows close to us! The sunsets were gorgeous and the local area in Fort Augustus had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back, I think we’ve found our favourite place to stay.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We drove past these lodges a few years ago whilst they were being built & vowed to visit one day due to their stunning location.
Holly Lodge didn’t disappoint, modern facility, spotlessly clean with lots of additional extras which made all the difference (adequate toilet roll supply, dishwasher tablets, pegs etc). Nice homely touches.
The views are of course stunning & speak for themselves.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a fantastic 2 days at Cherry Lodge, the views were spectacular with Loch Ness a stone's throw from the lodge. The lodge itself was immaculate, clean and very comfortable and we will definitely be back again. So relaxing!
